• Lil Wayne is a rapper from New Orleans, Louisiana. Discovered at the age of 11 Wayne made his debut on True Story, a Cash Money album by artist B.G., the following year. Lil Wayne went on to record two albums with the Cash Money Records group Hot Boys before releasing his solo debut, Tha Block is Hot in 1999. Wayne has since released five additional studio albums, a handful of "mix tapes" and is featured on a variety of other artists' tracks.
