Lil Boosie is the stage name for southern style rapper Torrence Hatch from Louisiana. He was signed to Trill Entertainment by Pimp C in the early part of the 2000s. He often collaborates with fellow hometown rapper Webster Gradney aka Webbie. They were both signed to Universal Music Group in 2005. In 2006 his single "Zoom" was listed as number 14 on the U.S. rap charts, and was number 61 on the U.S. Hot 100.
