The stars of the show include Whoopi Goldberg and Uma Thurman with a cameo roll for the mayor of New York City, Michael Bloomberg. The Muppets that make an appearance are Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Gonzo and more.

Plot
- The Muppets accidentally intercept three letters written to Santa Claus. They must cancel their vacation and do whatever it takes to get the letters in Santa's hands before it's too late.
