Professional football tight end Leonard Pope plays for the Arizona Cardinals in the National Football League.
Pope missed the January 3, 2009, wild card game against the Atlanta Falcons with a knee injury, but returned to the team as they defeated the Carolina Panthers in the divisional round. Football Career
Prior to playing in the NFL, Pope played college football for the Georgia Bulldogs in the NCAA. He recorded 59 receptions for 994 yards and nine touchdowns, earning All-SEC honors.
