Leigh Lezark

Leigh Lezark is a DJ with New York City based trio The MisShapes, and is signed to IMG models. Dubbed a New York It girl for her cool demeanour and edgy style she is a regular fixture on the party, nightclub and fashion scenes.

Leigh grew up in Toms River, New Jersey, and moved to New York City in 2002 to attend Hunters College where she studied Photography and Sociology.

The MisShapes are a New York City based DJ trio comprising Leigh Lezark, Geordon Nicol, and Greg Krelenstein.

MisShapes was a cult club night in New York City which started in February 2004 at the now defunct Luke and Leroy in the West Village before moving to Don Hill's in Soho. MisShapes stopped running as a club night in 2007, since which time The MisShapes have become a sought after DJ act managed by A & M Entertainment, performing mainly at fashion, art, music events.

In August 207 The MisShapes Book was published by MTV Press. It's a style book that features a collection of people shot at The MisShapes club night. The infamous white wall background was in the basement of Don Hills, and people used to go and get their photograph taken after going to the cloakroom

Leigh has recently been signed to be a brand ambassador for Charles Worthington's hair care range Front Row. (September 2009)

Leigh Lezark is currently in Paris for Paris Fashion Week, and has been declared this season's Front Row must have. (October 2009)
