Leftover Salmon is a Bluegrass inspired Jam Band that incorporates elements of Cajun/Zydeco, Country and Rock into its unique musical stew. Formed in Boulder, Colorado in 1989, the band gained recognition and a devoted following through constant performing and the inclusion on many festival bills. While the band took a brief hiatus between 2005 and 1007, they have since reunited to play a number of performances.
