On April 2, 2008, four photos of Heath Ledger as the Joker from The Dark Knight popped up online. The first image shows a dead person in a Bat-Suit with a Joker face. There is a noose around his neck and a Joker card stabbed into his chest with a knife. The second photo is of the Joker dressed as a Gotham City Police Officer. And the last two photos portray the Joker in a hospital, holding a medical file in one hand and a gun in the other.
The images were quickly taken down by sites such as Cinematical, who claimed that the photos revealed too much information and would spoil the film for viewers.
