Leah Remini

American Leah Remini played the role of Carrie Hefferrnan the long suffering wife of Doug Heffernan (played by Kevin James) for nine seasons on the sitcom King of Queens.

Before her success on Queens Remini starred in the sitcom Fired Up and played smaller roles on the shows Saved by the Bell, Evening Shade, and Phantom 2040.

The sitcom King of Queens revolved around a delivery driver Doug Hefferrnan (played by Kevin James) and his wife Carrie Hefferrnan. The newlyweds are completely happy until Carrie's father Arthur moves in and disrupts their lives.

The show ran for nine seasons and launched the careers of James and Remini.
