Leah Ignagni is a mistress of murdered NFL quarterback Steve McNair. This is the second known mistress of the married McNair--Nashville, Tennessee police say that another mistress, Sahel Kazemi shot and killed McNair before killing herself on July 4. Ignagni confirmed to police that she was dating McNair and that she saw a woman in a black Cadillac Escalade, believed to be Kazemi, following her. CBS News has been investigating the deaths and have raised doubts about the police's investigation, including learning that Kazemi had a much more significant relationship with the man who sold her the gun used than was known by the police.
