Lauren Lee Smith

Lauren Lee Smith is a Canadian actress who starred on the hit Showtime series The L Word. In the Fall 2008 season of CSI, Smith is scheduled to join the cast as character Riley Adams.

Lauren Lee Smith's stepfather is a documentary filmmaker, therefore her family traveled to many places around the world during her youth. Smith moved to Los Angeles, California when she was a teenager and began pursuing a career as a model and actress.

Smith landed a role in the film Get Carter at the age of 19. Soon after, she played in Christy: Return to Cutter Gap, Christy: A Change of Seasons and Christy: A New Beginning. Her more recent works include Mutant X, Dead Zone, The L Word, Lie with Me, Intelligence, Dragon Boys, Pathology, Trick 'r Treat and Anatomy of Hope.
