Laura San Giacomo

Laura San Giacomo is an American actress. She was born on November 14, 1962 in West Orange, New Jersey and was raised in Denville, New Jersey. She is of Italian descent. Giacomo became interested in acting during high school. She attended Carnegie Mellon School of Drama where she earned a fine arts degree. She later enrolled in Washington College. Giacomo married actor Cameron Dye in 1990. The couple had a son together named Mason before divorcing in 1998. In 2000, the actress became remarried to actor Matt Adler. She currently resides in the San Fernando Valley in California.

In 1987, Giacomo landed a role in two episodes of Spenser: For Hire. The next year, she appeared in Crime Story and Miles from Home. From there, she went on to appear in Sex, Lies, and Videotape, The Equalizer, Miami Vice, Pretty Woman, Quigley Down Under, The Stand, Nina Takes a Lover and Stuart Saves His Family. Her more recent works include Eat Your Heart Out, A House on a Hill, Just Shoot Me!, Checking Out, Veronica Mars and Saving Grace.
