The exercise video Laugh Your Abs Away features a woman standing on a lawn. She leads an exercise class with four students. The woman begins side lunges, and just as she bends deeply into the lunge she starts to laugh. She cackles as she ends the downward motion of the bend. When she stands, the woman stops laughing, counts the number of repetitions and encourages her students.
