Last Comic Standing

Last Comic Standing was a reality competition show to find the nation's best stand-up comedians.

Notable comedians such as Oscar Nunez, John Ratzenberger and Fred Willard scouted for new talent on the initial five episodes.

Auditions were held in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, Minneapolis, Toronto, Houston, Miami, Tempe and Nashville and comedians hail from twenty different countries.

Twelve of the best comics compete against one another at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas and the winner will secure an appearance at Bally's hotel as well as a Honda Pilot, $250,000 and a contract with NBC. The viewers will decide the ultimate winner.

Not only are we going to look for some of the funniest comedians in the world, we're going to do some really cool improvisational-type stuff, we're going to do some fun stuff with the line, with people who are auditioning in each city.
