Once the top 12 comics are chosen they compete and perform at the Paris Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. The winner is awarded a prize worth $250,000 that includes an exclusive talent deal with NBC, a brand new Honda and a starring appearance at Bally's Las Vegas.
Auditions for season six were held in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, Minneapolis, Toronto, Houston, Miami, Tempe and Nashville.
