Making Lasagna
- Boil the lasagna noodles and set aside to dry
- Cook the meat and drain liquids
- Add the tomatoes and other vegetables, stirring until all are heated.
- Combine the cheese and beat with the egg.
- Once the noodles have tried, layer the ingredients in a baking dish. It's essentially up to the chef how to order the ingredients, but evenly ordering the cheese, vegetables and meat is traditional.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Watch the top layer for bubbling.
- Set aside for 15 minutes and serve.
