Larry King Live is a cable news interview program that has been hosted by Larry King since it's inception on CNN. First airing in 1985, it is the network's longest running interview show. On June 29, 2010, Larry King announced his plans to retire and leave the show, effective in the fall of 2010. According to the online entertainment website "TheWrap," America's Got Talent judge Piers Morgan will take over in the 9 p.m. weeknights slot on CNN - the spot previously held by the Larry King Live show.

Over the years there have been many notable guests appear on Larry King Live.
