Larry Flint filed suit against his nephews Jimmy Flynt II and Dustin Flynt after claims that they produced inferior pornographic films under his name. Larry Flint made this statement, "To come into the adult entertainment business and use my name not only confuses people who buy my products, but if they're not maintaining a certain quality, it could also hurt my name." Jimmy and Dustin worked for their uncle for more than ten years before getting fired a year ago after claims that they were "being unproductive."
