Larry Fitzgerald is a wide receiver for the NFL's Arizona Cardinals. Declaring himself for the 2004 NFL draft, Fitzgerald was the third overall selection out of the University of Pittsburgh. Fitzgerald played college football for the University of Pittsburgh from 2003-04 and is one of the most decorated players in school history. In 26 games with the Panthers, Fitzgerald caught 161 passes for 2,677 yards and 34 touchdowns. He finished second to Oklahoma quarterback Jason White in the 2003 Heisman Trophy voting as a sophomore. Fitzgerald won the Walter Camp Player of the Year Award as well as the Biletnikoff Award that goes to the best player in Division I-A (now Football Bowl Subdivision) college football. Fitzgerald started all 16 games for the Cardinals. He finished with 97 receptions for 1,092 yards and 13 touchdowns. He had six receptions for 82 yards and two scores during Arizona's 51-45 Wild-Card Round playoff victory over the Green Bay Packers on January 10, 2010. He added six receptions for 77 yards in the 45-14 loss to the New Orleans Saints in the Divisional Round of the playoffs on January 16.
