The Large Hadron Collider, LHC, is a large machine with the purpose of creating a miniature Big Bang. The experiment in the large particle accelerator will begin on September 10, 2008 near Geneva, Switzerland. The scientists in charge of the experiment have received death threats from those believing the experiment could result in the end of the world. The Experiment
