Lannemezan France

Lannemezan is a town in the South of France located in the Hautes-Pyrénées department of the Midi-Pyrénées region.

July 16, 2008: Lannemezan is the starting point for the 11th stage of the 2008 Tour de France. The stage, which comes after the first day of rest in the bicycle race, runs from Lannemezan to Foix over a distance of roughly 105 miles (167.5 kilometers).
