College Football Career
Prior to playing in the NFL, Jordan played college football with the Maryland Terrapins in the NCAA. He recorded 4,147 rushing yards, the most in school history. NFL Career
After college, Jordan was selected 49th overall in the 2001 NFL draft by the New York Jets. He made his professional debut with the Jets that same year, playing in all 16 regular season games and recording 39 carries for 292 yards and one touchdown, plus seven receptions for 44 yards and an additional touchdown. After three additional seasons with the Jets, Jordan signed as a free agent with the Oakland Raiders in 2005.
