  • Lalah Hathaway is an American R&B and jazz singer. Hathaway's debut album, Lalah Hathaway, was released in 1990. She is the daughter of soul singer Donny Hathaway and singer Eulauhlah Hathaway.     Hathaway's first album debuted at #18 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart, with the single Heaven Knows hitting #3 on the Hot R&B charts. Her most recent album, Self Portrait, has also been her most successful album, debuting at #6 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and #63 on Billboard's Hot 200.
