Lager is an alcoholic beverage and the most popular style of beer. It differs from the other style of beer, ale, in that it is not as bitter and the yeast reaction takes place on the bottom of the barrel as opposed to the top of the barrel. Most modern beer are lagers, including Budweiser, Heineken, Pabst Blue Ribbon and more.
