• Diet Plan

  A customized meal plan is developed for clients based on a detailed questionnaire completed as part of the enrollment process. The plan relies on portions, not points or calories. Dieters weigh in at their center weekly.

• Food Choices

  The plan provided to dieters is composed of approximately 50%-55% carbohydrates, 25%-30% protein, and 20%-25% fat a day. Sodium is restricted. Sugar is excluded until a dieter reaches the maintenance phase of the program.
