On January 28, 2009, 25-year-old Alisha Mankin led the California Highway Patrol on an extended high-speed chase for nearly 2 hours while driving a U-Haul truck. The truck was reportedly stolen in the city of Littlerock, before heading to Downtown and then West Los Angeles, finally ending up on Pacific Coast Highway in Somis.
