Career
Hubbard began his career writing short works of Science Fiction and Pulp Fiction. His writing career was put on hold while he served in the Navy during the second World War. Once he returned from battle he began working on Dianetics, a self improvement strategy that he developed. By 1952, Dianetics had sold many copies and allowed Hubbard to move to Phoenix, Arizona and founded the Church of Scientology. -
