    Prior to playing in the NFL, Vanden Bosch played college football with the Nebraska Cornhuskers, starting in 23 games and recording 142 tackles and 14 sacks.     Vanden Bosch made his NFL debut with the Cardinals in 2001, appearing in three games before he was sidelined after tearing his MCL and ACL. He played in all 16 games the following year, then missed the entire 2003 season after another ACL injury.
