Kyle Korver

American Kyle Korver is a professional basketball player of the Utah Jazz.in the National Basketball Association.

Kyle Elliot Korver was born in Lakewood, California on March 17, 1981. He attended high school in Pella High School in Iowa, then attended college in Creighton University. Korver was the University 's fifth all-time scorer in the school's basketball program.

Korver was selected with the 51st pick in the 2003 NBA Draft by the New Jersey Nets. He was be traded to the Philadelphia 76ers where he would establish himself as decent 3 point shooter. He competed twice in the NBA's All-Star Three-Point Shoot placing second and third place in his two tries. In 2007, Korver was traded to the Utah Jazz for forward Gordan Giricek and a future first-round draft pick.

Kyle Korver averaged 7.2 points, 2.1 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 0.5 steal and 0.2 block per game in 52 games and is set to earn 5.2 million this season. Kyle Korver is not only gifted with shooting skill comparable to a deadly sniper, he is also endowed with a golden heart. He is actively involved in the programs initiated by the Jazz, which is built to help the local community here.
