Kyle Chandler is an Emmy nominated American actor. He stars in the NBC/DirectTV drama Friday Night Lights. Born in Buffalo, New York, Chandler was raised in Georgia and studied at the University of Georgia in Athens.
Brief Biography
Chandler studied drama at the University of Georgia, and was soon signed by an NBC talent scout. Moving to Los Angeles after graduation, Chandler quickly appeared on television, making his debut in the 1988 show, Quiet Victory: The Charlie Wedemeyer Story. He later was casted as "Jeff Metcalf" on the 1991 show, Homefront. Kyle Chandler can currently be seen playing the role of "Coach Eric Taylor" on the television show Friday Night Lights.
