The late musician Kurt Cobain's ashes were reportedly taken during a burglary at his widow Courtney Love's Los Angeles, California home.
Love, who reportedly kept the ashes in a pink bear-shaped handbag along with a lock of Cobain's hair, is said to be suicidal and appalled that someone would take her husband's ashes.
Jewelry and clothing items worth thousands of dollars were taken from the home as well.

A pair of diamond earrings bought for Love's daughter, Frances Bean, were stolen in December of 2007 during Love's stay at the "The Four Seasons" hotel in New York.They were said to be worth $100,000.
The earrings were said to have been returned to the hotel room shortly after they were reported missing.
