• Accident Leads To Acting

  Kristian Alfonso was on track to be a world-class Olympic figure skater. Before the age of 13, she was already a Junior Olympics gold medal winner. Unfortunately, a serious tobogganing accident ended her skating prospects and she began to model. She appeared on the cover of Vogue and Harper's Bazaar while she as still a teenager, and acting soon followed. She has portrayed Hope Brady on the NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives on more than 400 episodes.
