Krista Barth is the attorney for Howard K. Stern, the lover and attorney for Anna Nicole Smith in the years leading up to her 2007 death from an accidental drug overdose. In March of 2009, Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich were charged with felony conspiracy to provide a controlled drug to an addict.
