Krist Novoselic

Krist Novoselic was the bassist and founding member of the band Nirvana.

He was entertaining the idea of going into politics by considering a 2004 run for Lieutenant Governor of Washington (as a Democrat, challenging an incumbent of the same party), but ultimately decided against it. He is currently active in the political scene in Washington State and spoke on electoral reform at the 2006 Libertarian National Convention. His first book Of Grunge and Government: Let's Fix This Broken Democracy was published in October 2004.

Novoselic recently joined the band Flipper as a full time member.
