Kris Jenkins, a nose tackle for the New York Jets in the National Football League, was injured in the first half of the October 18, 2009, game between the Jets and the Buffalo Bills.

Previous Injuries

Jenkins sat out most of the 2004 season while with the Carolina Panthers following a shoulder injury. He attempted to return to the team in 2005, but was limited to just one game that year after an ACL injury.
