A video of Kobe Bryant jumping over a speeding Aston Martin DB9 Volante was posted on the athlete's website on April 9, 2008.
The stunt was fake, and is part of a viral video promotion for Nike Hyperdunk Black Colorways sneakers. The 55-second video shows Bryant putting on a pair of Nike sneakers before executing the jump. Lakers forward Ronny Turiaf is also featured in the video.
When asked by KCAL-TV how the stunt was done, Bryant replied, "Hollywood, baby."
