  • Klaxons are an indie rock band from London that was formed in 2005. They make upbeat rock music with and adding musical effects that contribute to a fantastical or otherworldly feeling to their songs. Their early releases draw heavily from the old-school UK rave scene of the late 80s and early 90s. Because of the rave influences that color their music and fashion sense, Klaxons are often credited for founding the revivalist "New Rave" movement, although they are generally reluctant to accept the credit.
