On February 12, 2009, YouTube user WoodenNickelShorts posted a parody of the original "Kittens inspired by kittens" video, titled "Kittens inspired by David After Dentist."YouTube: WoodenNickeShorts's Channel The video footage was taken from the original dramatic reading of the Kittens book, but was superimposed with audio from the David After Dentist video, in a which a young boy speaks drunkenly to his father after a visit to the dentist.
