Mormon missionary Kirk Anderson was allegedly kidnapped in England by Joyce McKinney in the 1970s, and subsequently forced to have sex with the former Brigham Young University coed. McKinney said the sex was consensual, but Anderson claimed otherwise. McKinney was arrested but fled the country during her trial.
In August 2008, reports surfaced that Bernann McKinney, a woman who claimed to have had her dog cloned by a Korean lab, may actually be Joyce McKinney.
