Belgian teenager Kimberley Vlaminck is suing a Romanian tattoo artist. Vlaminck claims that she asked the tattoo artist for three stars tattooed ear her left eye. However, the tattoo artist misunderstood her request, in both English and French, as he only spoke a little of each language. Vlaminck is asking for £10,000, as it would cost £8,500 for laser surgery to remove 53 of 56 stars from her face. Rouslan Toumaniantz, the tattoo shop owner denies the story, claiming that Vlaminck asked for 56 stars, did wake up during the process and at no time during her time in the store objected to the tattoo.
