About the Game
Much of Killzone 2 takes place on the Helghast home planet. Two years after the Helghast assault on Vekta, the Interplanetary Strategic Alliance is taking the fight to the enemy. Play as ISA special forces operative Tomas Sevchenko as he leads a team to take out the Helghast Emperor Visari. Sev and his team soon discover, however, that even planetary conditions are against them. The Helghast, familiar with the hostile environment of their home world, have harnassed a powerful enemy to use against the ISA invasion.IGN: Killzone 2Killzone 2 features eight multiplayer maps, with additional maps possibly being added in a future DLC pack. Each map is designed for a different number of players, ranging from two to 32. Matches can be customized using five different mission types: assassination, body count, capture and hold, search and destroy, and search and retrieve.
