Khristine Eroshevich was Anna Nicole Smith's psychiatrist. Smith died from a prescription overdose in 2007. Eroshevich was arrested and charged on March 12, 2009, for allegedly conspiring to provide an addict with prescription drugs. Smith's former physician, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, and her former lawyer, Howard K. In September 2009, a Los Angeles Times article cited court records that showed Eroshevich prescribed a "pharmaceutical suicide" of drugs to Smith after her son died.
