Khloe Kardashian is the daughter of the late high-profile attorney Robert Kardashian. Her mother, Kris Jenner, is married to the 1976 Olympic gold-medalist Bruce Jenner.

Several blog sites reported in early January 2009, that Kardashian was dating basketball star Rashad McCants. The couple were spotted together on December 31, 2008, in Las Vegas. Kardashian revealed that her sister, Kim, introduced the pair in July 2008. People Magazine reported in late January 2009, that the couple had split due to their hectic schedules. Kardashian wrote on her blog, "He's in a different city every day for games. Our time together was just so limited because of both of our schedules that we decided it is best not to be in a committed relationship. Along with her sisters Kim and Kourtney, Khloe stars on the E! reality series Keeping Up With The Kardashians. On the November 11, 2007, episode of the show, she was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Jail Sentence
On July 14, 2008, Kardashian was sentenced to up to 30 days in the Los Angeles County Jail beginning on July 18, 2008. In March 2007, she violated her probation order when she was found driving under the influence of alcohol.
