Kenneth Starr was appointed special prosecutor to investigate the Clinton Whitewater case and later became a pivotal figure in the Impeachment of Bill Clinton after releasing the Starr Report. The report outlined what would be known as the Lewinsky scandal. He is the current dean of the Pepperdine School of Law.

Whitewater
Replacing Robert B. Fiske, Ken Starr was appointed to lead the Whitewater investigation against the, then, President Bill Clinton. Appointed Independent Counsel, Starr was asked to testify before the House Judiciary Committee in connection with the Clinton impeachment. In the testimony, Starr fully exonerated Clinton of Travelgate and Filegate. He also stated that he did not charge the President for fraudulent loans because we questioned the credibility of two key witnesses.
