Kenneth McDavid is the second of two two homeless men that Helen Golay and Olga Rutterschmidt are on trial for murdering. It is alleged that after taking him meeting him at a church in 2002, Helen Golay offered him an apartment, in exchange for his agreeing to a $500,000 insurance policy. She also forged his signature on additional policies, police allege, ultimately taking out $7,000,000 in insurance.
