Ken Annakin was a British film director whose works included Swiss Family Robinson and The Longest Day. Annakin died on April 22, 2009, after suffering a stroke and a heart attack in February. He was 94 years old.LA Times: Ken Annakin dies at 94 (April 24, 2009)
