Sentencing hearing for Kelly Sweet, an 8th grade teacher in St. Francis, Wisconsin accused of second-degree sexual assault of a 14-year-old student from a local middle school, was held on August 26, 2008.msnbc.com: Former Teacher Accused Of Sexual Assault Sentenced(August 26, 2008) Sweet pleaded guilty to fourth degree sexual assault, and she was sentenced to probation and 25 days in jail with work release. Sweet is banned from teaching in Wisconsin.
