Kelly Kapoor

Kelly Kapoor is a fictional character, played by Mindy Kaling, on the popular NBC television show The Office. For the first three seasons she was involved with co-worker Ryan Howard (played by B.J. Novak) but since his promotion has been dating warehouse worker Daryl (played by Craig Robinson) in the hopes that it would make Ryan jealous.
