Brook began her modeling career at the age of 15 in London for lingerie and beer print advertisements. She had a brief run as a co-host of the British morning television series The Big Breakfast, and continued to modeling while also pursuing an acting career. She played the role of Victoria Hardwick, girlfriend of Lex Luthor in the television series Smallville, and the film Italian Job. She has also appeared in School for Seduction, Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo, and Survival Island. It was on the set of Survival Island that she began dating actor Billy Zane, who she was briefly engaged to. In 2005, she topped the reader's poll in FHM Magazine's 100 Sexiest Women in the World. In addition to pictorials of her appearing in FHM, she's also appeared in Maxim, and is currently under contract with Unilever's Axe Body Spray.
