Keith Giffen is an American comic book artist and writer.
Career
Keith Giffen gained a fan following while working on the DC Comics title Legion of Super-Heroes. His darker storylines and sketchy artwork reinvigorated the series,TwoMorrows Publishing: Keith Giffen 2000 Interview and established Giffen as a writer and artist. In the 1980s, Giffen also created Ambush Bug, a silly, delusional superhero wannabe.
Giffen has drawn and written for several series at DC, including 52 (2006) and Countdown to Final Crisis (2007). For Marvel Comics, Giffen wrote installments of the Annihilation limited series.
He continues to write and sketch for DC, Marvel, and independent comic publishers.
