Keele Maynor is a Chattanooga, Tennessee city employee who tricked her community into believing she had breast cancer that had metastasized to her kidney and lungs. According to Maynor, she began the hoax in 2003, though she couldn't provide an explanation as to why. In 2000 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and in 2001 my margins were clear after my first mammogram after the radiation treatment. So I have been literally cancer free since 2001.I started fabricating this story about cancer in 2003 and it has snowballed and finally came to a head.
